Groomsmen Gifts
I was approached by a customer who was looking for a creative, personalized gift for his groomsmen.
We talked about his friends and decided on a different theme to fit each personality. The coffee lover, the cyclist, the baseball fanatic, the Bojangles fan, the owner of a golden retriever named Ruby, The golfer, and the fly fisherman. The groom finished them off by writing a personal message on the back of each leading wing.
The boomerangs are made of high quality Baltic birch plywood. I drew up a design that had a reliable large round flight path but was also easy to throw. Each boomerang is hand-painted with brush and airbrush. I applied several coats of clear enamel spray paint to the front and back to protect against moisture and scuffing.

Gallery Donor Commission
This commission came through a gallery via request from a donor. The donor saw a sold boomerang of this style in a show and wanted something similar.

Here is a commission that came from the sister of a big Formula 1 race fan. It was given as a Christmas present.
